Our Founders

Dr. Matthew Fuller, MD, is an emergency medicine physician with significant global expertise, a fellowship in Global Emergency Medicine who after 15 years on faculty at University of Utah School of Medicine, and most recently, served as the US Embassy Mexico City/Mexico physician for all US diplomats and their families across the country. Matt’s unique career has been an opportunity to hone expertise that allows him a laser focus in determining quality of health systems and providers, understand the high expectations and demands of expats living abroad, and lead a team of professionals focused on meeting the highest standards of care. 

Alex Minkoff, MBA, is a global healthcare executive with two decades of experience in healthcare network development and the life sciences industry. He most recently served as the Latin America head of Precision Medicine Commercial Strategy for a global pharmaceutical company. His career began in physician network development at Vanguard Health Systems, and later in health system strategy consulting, where he found new and innovative ways to serve growing patient populations across the United States. These combined experiences have given Alex a passion for creating high quality healthcare experiences for expats abroad.
